Abstract

Objective: To develop an analysis of scientific production on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), knowledge, innovation and organizational management through bibliometrics and analysis of scientific networks in the period 2020 to 2025. Design/Methodology/Approach: A search was carried out where 188 bibliographic records were located and through a process of screening, filtering and normalization of metadata, 104 articles were determined. The stability analysis of the study was carried out through a complementary comparison with dimensions. In the study, an analysis of the evolution of publications, main sources, authors, institutions, countries and citations was made, in addition to international collaboration networks and the co-occurrence of keywords. Results/Discussion: An increase in scientific production was shown in 2024 and 2025, there was a low concentration of authors and institutions and a thematic structure organized in four clusters. In 21 articles, the specific SDGs with the greatest predominance of SDG 9 were explicitly mentioned. Conclusions: A greater integration between sustainability, innovation, knowledge and organizational management was evidenced, but international collaboration networks are dispersed. Contribution/Originality/Value: An integrated vision of the relationships between SDGs, knowledge management, innovation and organizational management was analyzed with the use of bibliometric indicators and network analysis. The thematic and relational configuration of a dispersed field of study was identified and the stability of the study was compared using the OpenAlex and Dimensions tools.
