Abstract

The work contains a problem situation related to the need to create a digital space for children and adolescents, encourage the love of reading, history, arts and contribute to their comprehensive training. For your solution, general and specific objectives that complies with the application from the SWOT analysis and application of the technique Ishikawa Cause and effect are proposed. These provide the necessary elements for the proposed guidelines and actions aimed at designing a development project website. It concludes by noting causes, limitations and opportunities to create the digital space.
