Abstract

An information support was reached for the proposal of redesigning the current version of the Bulletin of the Cuban Librarians Association. On this purpose, different copies of the bulletins conserved in the archives of the association were critically analyzed; keeping in mind, basically, the declared objectives of the bulletin in connection with its sections and the contents of each section. As a complement, a questionnaire was applied to a user stratified sample of this information product with the intention of knowing the evaluations that their users have about the bulletin, regarding both the user´s needs and expectations. This way, users could contribute with different proposals or criteria in order to increase the satisfaction level of these indicators. These results will be fully considered to support the redesign of the Bulletin of the Cuban Librarians Association.
