Strategic conception of the Information and Knowledge Management for intelligent organizations

It is examined the strategic conception of the Information Management and the Knowledge Management in the organizations. It is presented the characteristics and components of these managerial processes and the way in that they contribute to the creation of intelligent organizations as a result of the development of an appropriate Organizational Intelligence (IO). It is analyzed the particularities of the intelligence as organizational capacity and the benefits that offers to the institutional contexts. As a result she offers a proposal of processes and strategic resources that conform the Information and Knowledge Management and of their impact in the creation or consolidation of the intelligence and the intelligent organizations. This proposal is conceived starting from the design and development of an institutional structure of information and of knowledge that allows the strategic development of both managerial processes.Downloads
