Abstract

An analysis is made, by using the concepts of communication for the development, about the importance that has the Reading National Program that achieved, and still makes it, a dialogue of institutional knowledge for the participation of numerous organizations, governmental as well as from the civil society, in actions, strategies and projects, related with the reading, amid the social and economic difficulty that lived our country at that time.
