Abstract

This work has as objective to characterize the treatment of the information and the communication in the organizational administration, making emphasis in the university context starting from the proposal of a questionnaire that allows determining the quality of the information. The method of the documental analysis is used in the revision of the literature on the topic so much at international level as national being the importance of the processes informative-talkative, the quality of the information and the structure of the flows that take place between the different dependences and its appropriate administration for the organizational success. He stands out the utility of the diagrams of flows for the representation of the information and of the communication channels to use, being arrived
to conclusions.
