Basis for Designing a Knowledge Management System for the Advanced Studies Center of Cuba

Abstract

In this paper the basis for the design of a knowledge management system at the Center for Advanced Study of Cuba, proposing a methodological scheme of work based on the interaction of two stages of knowledge management systems are examined, defining for same variables and indicators of quantitative and qualitative that make up the system, based on various expert opinions on the subject, consulted in the literature. The results of surveys of groups of different specialties within the organization appears, showing the results in tables and graphs where you can see the data more accurately and organizing arriving at overall results.
