Infoethics, Cyberspace and the Law

Abstract

The law through legal and other forms of regulation establishes the order and how to resolve conflicts peacefully, indicating objectives and how to get them in space and time. The information space is part of that reality, the existence of the digital information changes manners and customs and opens new scenarios in which behaviors develop. The Infoethics helps to identify the values that are taxed to preserve human dignity in Cyberspace. Infoethics is estimated to be the preferred method to define the objectives and how to achieve them. The Infoethics should be the basis for the gestation of the Model Law Society.
