Formation program for tutors in educational units for information sciences career in Camagüey

Abstract

The principle of the linking of the study with the work is a historical precedent in the Cuban education in general and it constitutes a necessary premise consequently in the formation of the professionals inside the subsystem of the Superior Education in Cuba. In Camagüey, the Career of Sciences of the Information is studied and starting from the object of its profession it is evidenced that they require of tutors, very prepared to develop its educational paper and to be able to be competent to mark a difference in the results of the students. The present work has as purpose to expose the results obtained during the investigation that demonstrate the immediate necessity of the formation program for the tutors in the labor entities and educational units of this career.
