The journal Earth and Space Sciences: New Challenges in the quality of scientific publication and its visibility

Abstract

An evaluation of quality indicators of the Cuban journal Earth and Space Sciences is presented. The methodology proposed by experts is applied. In short, the results of this assessment are gathered which highlight the shortcomings in light of looming new challenges with regards to electronic journals according to international standards and bibliographic searches which allowed us to update regional trends and changes in this area and introduce changes based on training to raise its quality and visibility which are the objectives of this proposal.
